Commentary:
Capt. Hilary Becker & Jessica Parker.
These characters took me completely by surprise in Series 4. I had read before watching, that Jess had a little crush on Becker, and I didn't think much of it. But once I actually saw the two interacting, saw that Capt. Becker seemed to fancy her as well... Well, they're just too adorable and effortless. They're actually a surprising amount of interacting between them in the webisodes that gives weight to what we eventually see in the actual series.
In between the song titles and lyrics, I've included text excerpts from scenes to give the song selection some context.

Becker: [indignant] I’m-No one’s putting the breaks on anyone.
Jess: He’s ex-military, decorated for heroism, he’s an expert in animal behavior, and he’s got countless glowing references. He’s perfect.
Becker: I merely meant whether he was the only candidate.
Jess: Anyone would think you didn’t want your boss to be better than you are.
Becker: Aha. Oh, I see. You’re making fun of me.
