Lesbian couple raising a Muslim boy
Currently there's a lot to do about a lesbian couple who are foster parents to a Muslim boy. When the boy was a half year old, he was removed from his original family because of violence in his family. Now, 8.5 years later, the mother is complaining loudly how terrible it is that the boy is subjected to a loving relationship between two people of the same gender.
It's like an arsonist objecting to the use of fire fighting foam at at fire that he started because it's bad for the environment. Shouldn't we be asking ourselves why there is a fire in the first place?
Especially the homophobic Turkish politicians that are trying to stir up trouble over here are a disgrace.
I can only imagine that the boy will grow up as a more tolerant person that he would have in any Islamic environment, and that can only be a good thing.
