Help! What's the deal with the Notification settings?

Hey guys, I don't know what happened but I can no longer choose to be notified when a certain entry has been commented on, now I only have the option of being notified for every single comment posted. Did something happen or am I being stupid and doing everything wrong? O.o

Are you currently a paid account or an unpaid account? If you're unpaid, your notification setting options blow.

No problem! I think comment tracking is the only reason I bother with paid account time anymore...
