I have been going to the gym pretty regularly (at least 3 or 4 hours a week) for about 4 months now. Instead of losing weight, I have gained 10 pounds. Now I am sure some of it is muscle mass, since I can lift a lot more than when I started, but I really don't think the gain would be that much.I would be ok with gain if I was sure it was muscle and I looked more toned or at least less flabby, but I really haven't noticed a change in body shape at all either way. I still look the same as I did when I started. It's a little frustrating. I'm thinking I really need to change what I eat somehow. I know I really don't eat as healthy as I should.
So does anyone know of any good healthy diets that aren't vegan or one of those stupid no carb type things? A website with a planner or at least some good recipes would be great.
