*yawn-Stretch*
So its 12:30... and I just woke up. Do you know how long its been since I slept in like that?! It felt fantastic, though I am a little stiff, blech. My mom just graduated from massage school, I plan to take complete advantage of that while I am home. I don't have a whole lot to post on, so I guess just a recap of the weekend.
Friday- I hear panicked shouting from the bathroom, and find out toilet shooting water up like a gyser. I shut the pump off, and it slowed but still poured out. Amazingly enough, I think we got it up before it leaked downstairs and damaged the neighbors roof, which is good because our neighbors happen to be my landlords daughter and her fiance. It took us three damn hours to fix the toilet, so we called out of work (being that most of our clothes were currently soaking up toilet water on the floor, clean but still nasty.). My work called back and my supervisor in a panic asked if there was ANY way I could come in at least for the last hour of my shift. =P I'm a sucker so I said yes and drove an hour to work for a 2.5 hour shift. That ended up working well though, because my super, who as a general rule does not care for me for whatever reason, was so greatful she not only assured me approved time off for my trip to Michigan, but also that she was going to make sure it was mostly PAID vacation. WEWT. That was about it on Friday, as if that isnt enough!
Saturday - James went to his parents house to help them move a shed, I stayed home and vegged completely. Serg and I watched a good portion of the LOTR trilogy on the telly, I called my sister to wish her happy birthday, talked to my mom for a bit, talked to Brad (one of my best friends in the world, we met three years ago playing WoW ..neither of us play anymore.) and then I hung out with James once he got home.
Today (sunday) - Well I slept in, James just got out of the shower and I'll be getting in. I guess we're going to his parent s for a BBQ. Hell on the gas tank, but hopefully we'll get our tax return before the week is up so we can put more in and do not have to take our jet packs to work =P.
