so mark secured our new apt. last night! yay! i have two more weeks (about) here before i can be down there with him... but this weekend we're moving all of his stuff into the new place. friday abby comes and gets sam. babe, please forgive me when i bawl my eyes out like a child, it's undoubtedly going to happen. but yea, the place is really cute, we have a duck pond literally right underneath our porch! makes me very happy!
