And then there was fandom...hmmmmm.

So there's still some family stuff going on and prayer seems to be the big order of the day there but on the up side of things my boss is back on Thursday and I made it through all the major work stuff successfully.

Fandom seems to be pretty good too, aside from the official announcement that Primeval has been canceled by ITV. Which leads me to the big question, "How can you leave our characters stuck up a tree?" (literally). This has to be the stupidest move ITV could possibly make. Leave the show on this incredible cliffhanger and then cancel it. Now we are left with no hope of ever having the story resolved...No way of knowing if they ever get back or if they get eaten by dinos during the night...Not cool.

I'm very excited about Torchwood: Children of Earth starting in a few weeks. The previews for it look proper scary. Gareth David-Lloyd who plays Ianto gave a good interview about it today that you can read here. I've heard that he said at the last convention that everyone is planning on a Series 4, we just have to wait and see how the ratings turn out. So everyone has to watch this show and get it recommissioned...I need more Ianto.

David Tennant is back being the Prince of Denmark (Hamlet) for a film version of the RSC play. They are in the middle of production right now. I've been following the daily blogs of one of the producers and if you're at all interested in David or even just Shakespeare this blog is a must read.

I'll leave you tonight with the BBCA promotion clip for TW Children of Earth. Each of the actors and RTD talks a bit about what we can expect.
