I just watched a movie for my Human Rights test tomorrow, called Bus 174 (Ônibus 174), a 2002 brazilian documentary (
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0340468/ ,
http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/bus_174/ ,
http://www.bus174.com/ ). And I'm REALLY disturbed by it. I think very much about the theme of the movie, living here in Brazil and studying Law, but, as you probably know, I'm one to frequently escape sad realities. Well, this reality came and exploded in my face. I remember the afternoon when I watched on TV entirelly what happened, and seeing it on a new level is freakshily horrifying, horribly sad. One of the best movies I've seen, and I'm not one for documentaries. Better than most thrillers, more sad than most dramas. If you guys have an oportunity to see it, do it, it'll freak you out too.
