I don't remember what exercise it was-I think it had something to do with the neck and/or shoulder. But anyways, as soon as I did it, I had that, "oh crap" feeling. I had done something, and it had tripped something that could likely cause a migraine later on in the night. Well, now it's later on, and I may be feeling it. It's definitely pain, just not sure if it's a migraine. It's concentrated on my right side this time, which is a change, so maybe that means something (as in, NOT a migraine). It still feels most relieving to put pressure on the long strip that runs up my neck and down the back side of my shoulder. That IS something that usually relieves my migraine symptoms temporarily. So I'll just have to watch it. There's slight headache pain at this point, I'd say a 2 or 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. All in all the feeling just makes me keep wanting to readjust my spine and my shoulder and back and neck: cracking them all, which can't really be useful.
