woke up basically pain free!

Yes, it's true, and it's great. When I started my stretches though, I got a bit of pain in my left shoulder, the kind that I always feel like popping or shaking out. But this is nothing compared to what I woke up with yesterday. It's still raining though, oddly enough. During the week I started to think that possible it was ibuprofen that was causing my problems with pain. Weird to conjecture, but that's one hypothesis anyways. The reason I say that is b/c usually I take some type of acetaminophen, whether knock-off tylenol or Excedrin. Maybe the ibuprofen reacts badly with it. I've been taking it all week for my cramps, but yesterday I didn't have to. Maybe things got better. Or maybe the neck/shoulder stuff was all accompanying pain with menstruation. Who knows.

From weather.com:

Humidity: 94%
Pressure: 30.05 in. (dropping)
Aches and Pains Index: "4 Low" for today and tomorrow (but that's higher than i've ever seen it so far)
Humidity falling, temperature rising
