Fannish Five!
From fannish5: List five characters who are best equipped to survive in alternate universes, and why.
1- Mello from Death Note: The kid is an evil genius, and no matter if he was in some steampunk sci-fi future, or in a glittery shojo world, I think he'd survive. As far as shojo goes, I think he'd be that lonely/outsider type that eventually goes "good."
2- Sokka from Avatar: The Last Airbender: He's funny, has mad skillz and gets along with most character types (gloomy, hyper, sarcastic and moody, i.e., the gAang). And it's easy to imagine him in some silly high school misadventure or magical girl fantasy.
3- Brennan from Bones: Her super logical mindset would make her at home in any AU, I think. Granted, if she was in some kind of situation that involved actual emotion, I think that would be hard, but she's got quite a capacity for it when she needs to. She can also kick ass, when needed.
4- Harry Potter: He's got MAGIC! And, well, he's lived in crazy magical worlds and the plain, ol' human one (aka muggle world), so I think he'd be alright in most spots.
5- MacGyver: Well, duh! Granted, I was never a fan of this show, but it makes sense, no?
