Wha-wha-wha-what?!?
Okay, so I'm a big National Public Radio fan -- make of that what you will. Anyway, one of the programs that my husband and I love to listen to, especially on long car rides, is Car Talk. The program features two goofy mechanic brothers who diagnose car troubles for folks that call in. It's educational and hilarious -- they're pretty funny and their callers are all interesting folks who make lots of funny car noises.
Of course, their show has become very successful over the years and they've been approached to do TV programs many a time. But, finally, they've signed on for one. And -- drumroll please -- it's ANIMATED! It's the Public Broadcasting System's first foray into an animated sitcom, so this should be interesting.
For those in the States, just check your local listings for Click & Clack’s As the Wrench Turns and see if your local affiliate has picked it up. Otherwise, I'm sure it'll show up online sooner or later for anyone else interested in seeing how this thing turns out.
