Apparently, I Can't See You.
*sigh*
I need new glasses. Again. You'd have thought that long after growing up, the eyeball wouldn't change so much anymore, but apparently, I'm wrong. My eyesight has once again deteriorated and I've been kindly nudged into the direction of getting the hell new glasses for comp-work and driving and whatnot. Well shucks. It's not like I can afford ~150€ right now. (I admit, I've fallen in love with rimless glasses ever since Turkey. They're just awesome! I wouldn't want to go back to plain old frames. XD)
On the plus side, I have another student to tutor, and I can really use the extra-money. Yey. I'm only giving lessons in English and German at the moment though. I needed a desperate break from Latin.
And, haha, Kai bought me a packing crate. Now *I haz a box*! I've been complaining about how I can't stand the sight of all my old (yet still necessary) papers anymore either, and how they keep stacking on my desk. I was very touched at the gift. Only need to put it to good use as of yet. Packing it sounds simple, but for me it is tedious and very uncomfortable work. I have to get in touch with all my failings and accomplishments of the last... three years. No running away from it. -___-*
Well, I'm not looking to closely, just selecting out the obvious junk. Sounds like a plan, eh?
In return, and to hold my selfmade deadline, I'm inviting her over for tea on Friday. Now, watch me clean my rooms...
And last but not least, blessings to all of you down with the cold - again, in some cases - and get better soon! Don't give the epidemic a chance!
