QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST.  THE Quality Control Analysts are responsible for assuring that software products developed by the company are free from operational defects and/or errors, have low or inexistent risks for the customer, and meet documented system requirements. Validation of the quality attributes of the product, as well as troubleshooting the correction of any problems or issues will be key tasks. The QC Analyst should be able to test products both in recommended and improper use scenarios. The QC Analyst should also be prepared to offer feedback on the ‘user-friendly’ or unfriendly traits of the product, as well as any suggestions for improvement.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
•    Develop test cases and test applications for consistency and defects/errors finding
•    Develop test scripts, implement and maintain test automation
•    Document, reproduce, and report on defects and errors
•    Offer feedback on enhancing the usability and performance of the application
•    Work with Senior Quality Control on product readiness
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Required Skills:
•    At least 1 year of QA and system testing experience
•    Experience with test case management and/or automated testing tools
•    Understanding of the Quality Control and Testing processes and related standards
•    Understanding of basic software development processes

Desired Certification and Education
•    One or more:
o    ISTQB (Foundation Level)
o    CAST
o    CSTE
•    Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science
•    Bachelor Degree or higher in System Engineering
REQUIREMENTS ANALYST.  This role will be to provide high-level and in-depth elicitation of requirements for web-based systems supporting various federal and commercial customers, including requirements design, documentation and traceability throughout the lifecycle of the application.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Work with knowledgeable customers to determine application requirements, from concept through maintenance
•    Record requirements through a formal process to provide appropriate deliverables to satisfy the customer business process
•    Create visual guides (charts, diagrams, spreadsheets, etc.) to enhance the requirements documentation
•    Collaborate with members of Development and Quality Control teams to work towards a common understanding of requirements completeness
•    Conduct unit and system testing to detect system deficiencies, and record test results using established customer and company processes
•    Support customer briefings and demonstrations as necessary
•    Generate system interface requirements and specifications for automated data exchange with external applications
•    Conduct research and document findings relating to future development alternatives and enhanced system features
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
•    Working knowledge of PC hardware architecture
•    Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows XP/Vista) and products, such as Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel
•    Ability to apply formal procedures (requirements, testing, QA, other high-level processes)  through all stages of application development
•    Knowledge of system design techniques, including functional specifications, testing procedures/documentation, etc.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education & Experience:
•    At least 5 years experience, plus the ability to demonstrate the required knowledge, skills and abilities
•    Bachelors degree in a related subject area
•    U.S. Citizenship

JUNIOR ASP .NET DEVELOPER.  The ASP .NET developer will provide hands-on technical expertise for one or more solutions for the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) program. The position requires working in a team environment to develop web-based software solutions, unit testing, and as required performing defect fixes.  This is a junior-level position. 
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
•    ASP.Net / C# front and back end development
•    Unit and integration testing
•    Source code documentation
•    Follow industry standard development best practices throughout the full software development lifecycle
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Required Skills:
•    1+ years ASP/C#/.NET Development
•    Familiarity with development best-practices and full SDLC

Desired Skills
•    Familiarity with SQL
•    Software design using UML or other formal modeling framework
•    AJAX in .NET environment
•    Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (completed or in progress), or industry certification in C# strongly preferred.

The position requires working in a team environment to perform technical analysis and design, develop web-based software solutions, unit testing, and as required performing defect fixes.  This is a mid-level position.

SENIOR ASP/.NET DEVELOPER AND ARCHITECT.  The Senior ASP .NET developer/architect will provide hands-on technical expertise for one or more solutions for the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) program. The job would require working in a team environment with clients/requirements analyst/SME to understand requirements, perform technical analysis and design, documenting software design and architecture, coding, unit testing, integration testing, deploying solutions to various environments and as required performing defect fixes. This is senior level position and would also require leading teams as necessary.

•    Conduct code reviews and other team improvement activities

•     MS SQL server, SQL and stored procedures
•    Familiarity with development best-practices and full SDLC
