I am in quite a state of shock. Apparently my car is totalled and lying in a ditch somewhere. My brother is law took my car to get tha oil changed...and some woman hit him. He really should not drive anywhere ever again. Just like two months ago some guy smashed into his truck again. He is a magnet for this shite. My poor poor car. Rest in ( Read more... )

That really sucks! Did you have good insurance? More importantly, is your brother alright? Anytime something ends up in a ditch I'm always mildly amuzed due to an insideish joke with some friends, one of which's ex always thought she was dead in a ditch if she was even just five minutes late comeing home and he would have a huge freak out over it. But alas, your car, it is dead in a ditch.

He had a slight burn on his hand from the airbag but other than that he's fine.
All insurance companys are evil. It's just a matter of how badly will they screw me over. Luckily she didn't have State Farm, cause they are the absolute worst.
