Over at 100 Layer Cake, they post "Color Boards" which are just a few vintage photos and pictures of little trinkets that make up a color scheme, which is then presented at the bottom of the images.

Of course they're initially for weddings but I absolutely love all the color schemes and I think they're great inspiration for LJ layouts or really just any art project. And of course I personally love them because they're so neutral. <333 Neutrals.
