I really figured the power would be back on by this morning.
Looks like we're going to have quite an interesting day ahead of us, huh?
It didn't occur to me last night, but it's a lot more than the lights, the television, and the laptop that won't work.
Like the fridge.
And the microwave, the toaster, the hot-air-cooker.
Everything else I normally use to make food.
And the water heater.
And it's way too cold to be taking freezing showers when the heater's not working either.
....At least everyone else is feeling grungy, eating peanut butter sandwiches, and trying to communicate with the outside world on tiny telephone screens right along with me, right?
