All but one piece of furniture has been bought for my apartment. I need an ottoman. Its a strange thing to need, I know. But my dog uses it as a table to eat on. She hates to eat when on the floor.
Now to return to the "sorting through things and throwing away junk all while packing up stuff into boxes" phase.
"Hundreds of graves have been excavated in parts of Mesopotamia, revealing information about Mesopotamian burial habits. In the city of Ur, most people were buried in family graves under their houses (as in Catalhuyuk), along with some possessions. A few have been found wrapped in mats and carpets. Deceased children were put in big "jars" which were placed in the family chapel. Other remains have been found buried in common city graveyards. 17 graves have been found with very precious objects in them ; it is assumed that these were royal graves."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mesopotamia We studied Mesopotamia in junior high but I'm reading the wiki and the links within the wiki, since it covers more than what we were taught back then. :D
So, who wants to be stored in a jar? Huh? Anyone? C'monnn! ^o^
