'What Baby?' They both asked at the same time again.
'Well, ms. Gairskell, You were pregnant, but the stabbing killed your baby.'
'Did you know Dee?'Noel asked.
'No i swear!!'
'I'll Just be going.' the nurse said walking out.
Dee began to cry.
'Awww, Dee, dont cry.' Noel said getting out of his bed, climbing into hers and wrapping his arms around her.
'I didnt even know, and i feel like i've had part of my life torn away from me.'
'So do i, but, we could always try again, yeah.'
'i suppose. You know what Mr Fielding.'
'What?'
'We sir. should get married.' She said.
'and we should get rich!'
'let's get rich and buy our parents homes in the South of France let's get rich and give everybody nice sweaters and teach them how to dance let's get rich and build our house on a mountain making everybody look like ants from way up there, you and I, you and I, you and I.' they sing-songed.
'Hey guys.' Julian said walking in. 'i heard you singing, and so did everyone else.' he signalled everyone to walk in.
'Hey...um...everyone.' Dee said awkwadly.
'Yeah...Hey...Mum, Dad, Mike, Rich, Dave, Sue, and Julian.'
'Hey!' Julian said annoyed.
'Best til last.' Noel said.
'You know what will cheer everyone up?' Sue said. 'Singing.'
So they all sang. then the nurse came in.
'Noel, for god's sake get back into your own bed!'
'Wait, thats Not fair!'Rich said.
'Why?'The nurse asked.
'Because he's clearly ok, and it makes Dee happy!'
'Whatever.' the nurse said stroppily and walked out.
'What a cow!'Dee said.
'Im glad to see we have the old Dee back.' Sue said hugging her.
'Yeah, we have no problems now, thank god!' Julian said.
'Except one.' Noel said quietly.'should i tell them?'Noel asked almost silently.
'Y..Yeah' Dee said starting to cry.
'What, what is it?' Julian asked.
'Dee got pregnant, and then lost the baby when she got stabbed.'He said wrapping his arm around her.
'OH MY GOSH!!'Diane said. 'I know just how you feel.'
'Whadju mean?!'Mike asked.
'I wanted a boy, and got a lady-man!'Diane said.
But those two words "Lady-Man" sent Noel into a panic atack.
'Noel? Noel!?' Dee said.
