At that point everyone in the room burst into tears, including Vince and Howard.
'That...That was so romantic.' Cindy sniffed.
'Vince, i never thought id see that kind of side of you.' Naboo said wiping his eyes.
'You'd be suprised.' Howard said pulling Vince close.
'Yeah, well dont get too used to it.' Vince said wiping his eyes then looking down at the white sheets.
'What'dju mean?' Howard asked.
'Im gonna fucking die Howard!! Remember?' Vince yelled.
'What?' Sarah asked looking up at Naboo. That was one of the things Naboo liked most about Sarah, she was one of the very few people that he could look down on, instead of having to look up.
'Oh well done!' He yelled.
'Well im sure she'd have found out when she never see's me again, or when she attends my funeral! Theres a point, i want Gary Numan - Are Friends Electric to be played, nothing jazzy, or anyother shit like that.' He pointed out.
'Vince, you aint gonna die...yet' Howard said.
'Howard!' Cindy yelled hitting his arm. 'Dont be so fucking negative!!'
'Its pretty true though, he's going to fucking die! im going to fucking cry! and then we would've had to bloody lie!'
'Fucking hell, stop with the rhyming!' Cindy yelled.
'Yeah, we're gonna leave now.' Naboo said turning around and grabbing Sarah's arm.
'No!!! Im staying with Daddy!!!' She yelled freeing herself and running over to the bed.
'No honey, go with Naboo and Bollo, they'll look after you, there's nothing to do here, it'd be like spending days in bed without any games, or tele.'
'But i want to stay here with you and Daddy!' She said her eyes filling up with tears.
'Cookie, go with Naboo, you can come back later, or maybe tomorrow.' Vince said sitting up and holding her hand. He tried not to show it, but it was absolute agony moving anything.
'But...But daddy, i want to stay with you.' She said starting to cry.
'I know, but you need to go...please. For me?' Vince begged giving his best puppy-dog eyes.
'Ok Daddy.' She said kissing him gently on the cheek and hugged him before walking to Naboo.
'Bye honey! Love You!' Howard called after her.
'Love you too!' She called back.

'Vince.' Howard whispered later on that night. 'Are you awake?'
'Yeah.' Vince replied. 'Cant sleep.'
'Me neither. its freezing out here.'
'Dju wanna come in my bed then?'

'Yeah, c'mon, i aint contaigeous.' He joked.
so Howard climed in and hugged Vince close.
'Im gonna miss this.' Howard whispered.
'Same...one last time?' Vince asked stroking Howards chest under his shirt.
'Vince! We're in a public hospital, and your sisters just there!' Howard half whispered half shouted.
'Fine.' Vince said stopping. 'At least we still have the memories.'
'Memories never fade.'
'Howard. I dont want to die.'
'Hey Little Man! Dont talk like that! Im sure you'll get better. And i'll be here for you.'
