I really like the second idea, I may have to steal borrow it. I'll be sure to post a link here when and if I write something! ;D

Oh, I like idea number two as well! I was born on December 28, so I've often had to deal with presents that were meant as my Christmas and birthday presents, while my siblings got separate presents for birthdays and Christmas. I have a pretty good idea how Sirius would feel about it.

No bitterness, no, none at all. :P

And I love the idea of adopting plot bunnies! :D

It was inspired by my uncle who is a December 30th baby -- not only are the Christmas festivities still going on at that point, but his sister's wedding anniversary is the 31st and, of course, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day are come right after his birthday as well, so everyone is always celebrating around his birthday, but it's never just about him, poor thing.

I hope that now that these bunnies are up for adoption, they'll stop bugging me so I can focus on my rs_games fic...

Damn you putting bunnies in my head! I quite like one despite the fact that I really haven't got time for this and should be writing for a challenge instead.

Hah! I put it up for adoption so that it would leave me alone so I could focus on a challenge fic. Now it can bug you instead. ^_^

My uncle was born on December 30th -- that's where the idea came from. Poor thing never gets a real party himself, just a continuation of all the festivities that are already going on. *pets*
