Hello! I'm new to this community and bring some Sirius/Remus slash to kick things off!

This is a great start, well done! I love the little insights into Remus' character - the way he helps the girl at the beginning, and how he defuses the argument with Lily. I'm looking forward to the other parts!

I like Remus's strength of character here, and the example of his small weakness when it comes to his friends. Sirius is an idiot, and I hope he grows up soon. :P

I just discovered this, and I intend on reading the rest of the parts, since its been a long time since I've found a decently written Sirius/Remus fic. :D Just one thing: if Remus is fifteen, as you said he is at the beginning of this chapter, he would have to be in his fifth year, not sixth, because I remember reading something from J.K. Rowling that you had to be at least eleven by September 1 of your first year of Hogwarts, and if Remus was fifteen at the beginning of his sixth year, he would have been ten at the start of his first. (Nitpicky, I know, but I always pay attention to details...)
