Work was pretty intense today, the head kitchen manager told me I was ready to work on my own as a manager on the weekends. It's sort of intense because I'm not used to this type of responsebility. I also fucked up the roasted red pepper hummus, way too much garlic . . . it actually burns your mouth. I need to fix that tomorrow.
I'm going to get keys soon, thats so crazy. I'm a real adult in a real adult job.
Man, I can't wait to get paid on Friday because I'm so incredibly broke. Friday is also my 24th birthday and there's a lot going on as far as fun that weekend. My boss told me I can come in late the following Saturday, what a good guy.
