I HATE MY BODY! No, seriously. My knees hurt so much. I looked at them in the mirror today and saw that the tendons underneath them and the entire surrounding areas are swollen. My ankle also feels odd. My knees crack whenever I go up or down stairs. All this from 20 minutes of running?
Sometimes I feel like I'm 50 with a bad case of arthritis.
