It has been one of those long, tiring weeks for me. About midway through, I was all but begging the Almighty to give us 36 hour days. Same number of days in a week, weeks in a year, just longer days.
Time.
The prick. I just need more time.
Hence, it was with a great sense of agitation that I came home today to find Microsoft smacking my MSN Messenger with a forced upgrade.
Forced upgrades suck.
I'm used to what I had previously. Damn it, I actually liked it the way it was. I didn't want to change it. I would like the ability to choose whether or not I "upgrade" to this Windows Live shit.
Alas, this new system seems at first glance to be utter crap. A shitty little advertisement down the bottom, ridiculous looking online icons (jelly babies, much?) and a huge space of... just shit. It hurts me to look at my lovely Messenger as this... this... inbred leper.
It's crap, there's no other way to decribe it.
I wish it would die and bring back the predecessor.
Ugh... I don't even want to use it. Let it burn, let it die.
