To Do List II: Shark's Revenge

Dec 13, 2004 15:16

Some plots are in progress, others are theoretical. Plotlines that aren't approved by the respective characters involved are just that: Ideas. However, if your character is mentioned down here in an idea, feel free to contact me for information.

PLOTLINE I: The Videoland Ranch

Outline: Perform experiments using Exsphere technology to determine the full limits of Exsphere power in multi-Zone conditions, and test for hybrid technologies.

Likely Results: If the Ranch is not destroyed, Exspheres will be made available. Raids on Zones will continue for additional subjects. Travis will be working on creating a powerful Exsphere for his own use. Numerous abominations and monstrosities from experiments will be created (and some have been already), which should be making an appearance soon.

PLOTLINE II: The Fellowship of the Sphere (AKA: The ToS Cast)

- SUBPLOT I: Lloyd
-- THREAD I: The Exsphere

Outline: Relieve Lloyd of his special Exsphere. It makes HIM really powerful, imagine what it would do for Travis!

Likely Results: Not happening, though it's not going to stop him from continuing to try ICly. He'll be working on creating his own, probably with the unholiest of unholy techniques. ;)

-- THREAD II: Break Lloyd

Outline: Shatter Lloyd's faith and hopes, turning him to the Dark Side. Some of the worst Villains are fallen Heroes, after all.

Likely Results: Not happening, but it'll be one hell of a ride.

-- THREAD III: Rheaird Jacking

Outline: Travis and LeBlanc swipes Lloyd's Rheairds. :)

Likely Result: Temporary gain of the Rheairds until Lloyd, Yuan, and Company finally chase them down. It'll be fun though.

-- THREAD IV: The Poisoning

Outline: Travis has poisoned Lloyd with a slow-acting, painful, and debilitating poison. Or so he says.

Likely Result: You'll see. This one is too good to give up the game, so I'm not saying anything. Suffice it to say that Lloyd is working with me on it. ;)

- SUBPLOT II: Genis Sage

Outline: Turn Genis against, if not Lloyd himself, humankind in general. Travis is pretty good at doing this on his own without focusing on it. If Genis breaks, he might go to the 'tender embrace' of Cruxis of his own will, effectively removing him from Lloyd's support network.

Likely Results: Not happening.

- SUBPLOT III: Raine Sage

Outline: To Travis' approximations, Raine is extremely manipulatable. The fact that the Cheater has personal knowledge of enough ancient civilizations and their ruins to choke a horse (Seconded only to Lady A, though Firewire might soon catch up) means that Travis can simply drop some not-all-that-subtle hints about areas, and Raine just might drop what she's doing to go rushing off after it... And probably dragging along the crew with her. Voila, instant distraction... And then perhaps Travis could turn that addiction to knowledge and ancient ruins to his own evil ends. After all, if Raine does all the work for him, he could simply stroll in and take the rewards.

Likely Results: Mild success. Raine is extremely suspicious of people, especially, self-admitted Villains like Gameshark. It depends on if the knowledge will override what common sense she has or not.

- SUBPLOT IV: Sheena Fujibyashi (I think I spelled that wrong...)

Outline: If Travis ever finds out she can summon and control the Elemental Spirits, Travis might be interested in seeing if he can co-opt the power for his own evil ends.

Likely Results: Utter failure. Sheena's not going to break her vows, and Travis can't kill her. She's not going to turn against her friends either, having a finely-honed sense of honor and loyalty from her upbringing.

- SUBPLOT V: Colette... Can't remember her last name! Ack!

Outline: Get her to finish the Regeneration Process, then send her to Yggy for Happy Fun Time.

Likely Results: Not happening. Colette won't do jack when Lloyd is being tormented by Travis, so the cheater is actually shooting this one in the foot. Yggy probably won't be all that happy when he figures this out either.

- SUBPLOT VI: Kratos Aurion

Outline: Who or what is he, and how can his knowledge and abilities be turned to the Cheater's ends?

Likely Results: Given who and what he really is? If Kratos isn't already working on sabotaging him, he will soon. On the other hand, if Kratos doesn't turn against Travis, he could be a very useful ally. Can go either way here.

- SUBPLOT VII: Zelos Wilder

Outline: Zelos sides with the strongest. He can be bought, he admitted as much. What is his price, and once he's bought, will he STAY bought?

Likely Results: Not a clue. Zelos is the most unpredictable of the cast, given his nature.

- SUBPLOT VIII: Rodyle and the Mana Cannon

Outline: Wow, this looks familiar. If we ever get a Rodyle, Travis plans to give him plenty of help for the Mana Cannon.

Results: Explodies! Rodyle looks like lots of fun to work with. SOMEONE APP HIM!

PLOTLINE III: Crime and Punishment - Meis' Travail

Outline: Meis macked on LeBlanc. Bad idea to move in on a Dark Gamemaster's girlfriend. Travis has come up with a horrible plot: If Meis' emotions are what's getting him into trouble, Travis will solve the problem... By stealing them. The only problem? I have no idea how to do it.

Likely Results: The usual. Temporary success followed by massive ownage of 'teh cheatur' in the name of Truth, Justice, and Macking.
