When Clark was fifteen, he curled his fingers around the door of his gym locker and accidentally left dents in the metal. Across the room, Eric Tramer was changing clothes, bending over to pick up the t-shirt he’d let slip to the floor as he laughed with his friends. Clark couldn’t look, but couldn’t look away.
Richard’s fingers are ice-hot against his skin for a flash of a second. Superman is brave, but Superman’s not here right now.
Clark runs after Lois. As he does.
He changes in the bathroom, his traitorous fingers leaving imprints on the heavy metal door.
