Across the room, Eric Tramer was changing clothes, bending over to pick up the t-shirt he’d let slip to the floor as he laughed with his friends. Clark couldn’t look, but couldn’t look away.
Richard’s fingers are ice-hot against his skin for a flash of a second. Superman is brave, but Superman’s not here right now.
Clark runs after Lois. As he does.
