Hisoka finishes, but not as quickly as he'd expected. The clock on the wall ticks as Hisoka considers. He could wait until the bustling morning to deliver the reports. Another day won't matter--so Tsuzuki would say.
Hisoka gathers up the papers, tidying the sheets with two sharp taps against the blotter. Hisoka knows about desire: foreign, oppressive, unwanted.
He hands in the reports and says nothing, does nothing.
Tatsumi only nods, not looking up.
