Harry came to terms with the fact that he will probably die soon some time ago, and was only slightly surprised to find that he doesn’t particularly mind. If he can finish his work-if he can defeat Voldemort, save his friends-then he doesn’t care if he has to go, too.
Death is not among the things that Harry is afraid of.
But this-the way his closest friend is looking at him, like he might be the answer to a question that has nothing to do with spells or potions or scars-
Death doesn’t scare him. Life does.
