Wow. This is really, really nicely done. It's poignant and painful and self-absorbed in the way adolescence so often is, yet flailing towards generosity. This captures Laura in glimpses, portrays Pixie in ways I have heard her current writer talk about in interviews, summarizes Logan And His Girls very well, and gives us a complex and fully-realized Hisako. A Hisako who no longer wants to be Kitty Pryde, and for good reason.

This is very well done, and I liked it a lot. Thank you, remixer!

:D I'm very glad you liked it! (Anonymity can be nerve-wracking.) And I'm glad you appreciated all the different characters -- I was actually sad that I wound up having to neglect Laura so much, because I wanted to write more of her but she would have interfered with the conflict in the later scenes. And writing Pixie was surprisingly hard because I had to bridge the stuff Fraction is writing with the somewhat younger Pixie that Kyle and Yost were writing, so I'm happy to know I pulled it off. Thank you so much!
