Oh, I like this a lot.

I've always secretly wanted Xander either with Buffy or Willow (though I adore Xander/Anya), and this is just so cozy and simple and perfect.

Okay, so I'm a huge B/X fan. I would love this even if I wasn't. You took a sweet, kinda tiny framework and expanded it into a sweet, very realistic story. Very nice work.

Having been familiar already with the original fic (in fact, I suggested some improvements in the language, which sroni obligingly incorporated), I feel qualified to call this an improvement. The story is well and quietly told; the humor is nice but not overdone, the emotions likewise, and the characters as we know them can indeed be heard in the dialogue.

This was nice. I’m glad to have seen it.
