[Admin] Remix/Redux V Assignment emails sent out
All the assignment emails have been sent. If you have not received yours, please comment on this post, and I will resend it to you.

All stories are to be posted to remix_redux by 11:59 PM ET on April 14th. This is currently a closed community, and only the Remix sockpuppet LJs are allowed to join, so you will post your story using the sockpuppet account. More on that below.
Please use standard story headers in your story:

Title: Your title or the title of the original fic (Funky Remix Subtitle)
[Author: Your LJ Sockpuppet Name - on the day of the reveal (4/29), you will log in and replace the pseud with your real name]

You can keep the original title or make up one of your own, but if you don't have a Funky Remix Subtitle, I will be giving your story one, so be warned. If you do not provide a summary or a rating, I'll be contacting you to fill those lines in.
Please tag your story according to fandom, character, original author name, and your LJ Sockpuppet name; once author names are revealed, the mods will tag everything with actual remix author names. I will put up a sample story entry in the community.
Drabbles are fine for remixing, and everything but the safe story listed below is fair game, but there is a minimum word count of 1,000 words. Also, you do not have to remix in one of the fandoms you listed on your sign up form if something else takes your fancy; nor do you have to remix one of the stories in the fandom(s) your remixee listed. Remember, stories written for prior remixes are off-limits, with the exception of the Remus Remix, for the HP folks, since those were remixed from specially written drabbles (per the participants). If you wish to remix a story by your remixee that has been remixed in the past, that's not the preferred situation, but it's not against the rules either, unless they've listed it as their safe story. Respect the safe story.
Please remember that RPF is excluded from this challenge, so if you happen to match up with your remixee on an RPF fandom, please don't write in it. The story will not be accepted.
Please have your story betaed, if at all possible. We've set up an LJ community - remixers_lounge - for commiserating with your fellow participants, as well as asking for betas and offering beta services.
Since great pains have been taken to ensure anonymity when posting, please don't discuss who you've got etc. with anyone (especially not the person you're remixing), and please don't post your story anywhere until after the authors' names are revealed, which will take place on April 29th, at which time you'll log back in and put your name in the author line - the stories will go live on April 22nd, and be anonymous for a week.
Please do not change any of the personal information on the sockpuppet accounts. Each account will have approximately 10 users, and if you change the password, those other people will not be able to post using it. Abuse of the system will result in immediate banning from Remix and all future Remixes.
