Pirates and Snape
I got The Pirates of Caribbean: At World's End soundtrack for Devon and me. It is a really good cd. Hans Zimmer is a talented composer.
Devon and Layla love it, and while it's not Mozart or Chopin, it is a way to get them to appreciate a whole other world of music. To my surprise, the first time we listened to it, Devon was able to tell me which parts of the movie were happening during the tracks. He must have been paying very hard attention at the theater.
In Harry Potter news, I've just reread Order of the Phoenix and Half Blood Prince in preparation for Deathly Hallows. I perfected my theory on Snape.
