WHAT ARE YOU IMPLYING?
Royal Caribbean is getting pretty ambitious with its growth projections. I just found this line in the Cruise Contract I have to sign before I get my tickets (yes, I read the whole thing):
Guest hereby grants to Carrier (and its assignees and licensees) the exclusive right throughout the universe and in perpetuity to include photographic, video, audio and other visual or audio portrayals of Passenger taken during or in connection with the Cruise or CruiseTour...for the purpose of trade, advertising, sales, publicity,...without compensation to the Guest.
Are they anticipating photoshopping me into a spaceship scene in the year 2500 but making sure my cryogenically frozen then thawed person cannot sue them?
DO YOU ALREADY HAVE SECRET SPACESHIPS, ROYAL CARIBBEAN????
