The Texans lost again, but David Carr had reason to celebrate: Sage Rosenfels broke his thumb during a tackle and was placed on IR, resulting in his being out for the season. Although Rosenfels' chances of replacing Carr weren't too high, who knows what could have happened with a couple more losses. Now Carr can just relax into his sub-par self knowing he is secure in his job for the rest of the season. While the Texans were getting embarassed by the Jets, the other Houston team (the Titans) were taking care of business versus the other New York team (the Giants). Down 21-0, Vince Young lead Tennessee to a 24-point 4th quarter in the biggest comeback by a rookie quarterback in NFL history. VY is the real deal.
