Bindi on Letterman
I was finally able to see Bindi and Terry Irwin on the Letterman show (found it on YouTube). It's just so amazing how grown-up Bindi seems, that she's only 8 years old and she's truly speaking like a little version of Steve! The way she speaks about the zoo and the animals, and how she has already dedicated her life to save nature and wildlife... it brought tears to my eyes to see her like that, just as enthusiastic and with those sparkling eyes like her father.
and still I'm not worried, although she's already planned her life. Because she IS her father's daughter, and Steve was just a grown-up child himself. She won't forget to play, she won't forget to be the child she is just because of the life she'll have. And that's a very comforting thought, isn't it?
