(no subject)
I have a hard time remembering Chris' voice exactly. It's funny because say we were even apart for a night, I could still hear his voice speaking certain words in my head and they matched his inflection precisely.
So I can't hear him speaking in full sentences anymore, but I do remember what his voice sounds like when I think of the following words or phrases:
"moob" [short for man-boob, or my personal favorite "bitch tits"]
"moog"
"boob" [of course...]
Anything said with the Genesis P Orridge voice. ["Theeeee Majesteee, Yeeessss, would youuu like some teaaaaa?"] I can actually see his wide eyes and maniacal grin when I think of him using the Genesis P voice...
I actually have vague memories of his last voice mail greeting. "Hi, you've reached Chris..."
He once said the phrase "Mah Teefs, WOMAN!" really loud and I couldn't get over it. I say it when I pound the occupied [as in, my brother just grooming himself for far too long] bathroom in my home in an attempt to brush my own teeth before I catch the bus. I'm the only one who gets it.
