tell me what anime I could possibly be thinking of. D:
When I was younger, say, 13 or 14, I was at my brothers house watching TV. I ended watching an anime that has stayed in my mind since then, but I've never known what it was.
One particular scene in it bothered me rather badly, and I know I've had nightmares as a result of it for years. (not daily nightmares, but just something that creeps me out once in a while..)
I think watching it again could help me understand the situation and probably de-sensitize me to it.
Only problem is, I actually have no earthly idea what anime it is. Even worse, I can really only remember the one scene in the movie/show whatever.
There were two characters... a brother and sister. The brother had been caught or captured or something by some sort of blobby red goo/virus I don't know what, and his voice changed and got reaaaly creepy and low. The girl was trying to save her brother, but he told her not to. Her name was 'Eeria' or something that sounded exactly like that but was perhaps spelled differently... She had maroon red hair. Other than that I'm clueless, I don't know what sort of timeline it was in, if there were mechs or anything else....
does that scene ring a bell in anyones mind?
