This is Remus Lupin's cellular phone. It's from the last time he was in the City. No, don't ask why. It should be on almost at all times, but he does turn it off for about one round week a month. He has a tendency to screen calls and return them a little bit later, so if it's an emergency, better to ring him two or three times in a row so he knows you mean business. Texts he gets to with astounding accuracy and an almost creepy fervor.
