Has anyone got any advice to give to a first-time business owner? And I very much mean first time, as I've no experience whatsoever, although I've got more than a bit of general life experience. It isn't a freshly starting up business either, rather-- well, it's a business which was recently started and then closed and is now attempting to change management at some point soon.
Also, my sympathies to anyone still suffering after that curse the other day. It was the first one of the kind that exist here that I've been through that I remember. It seemed as if it must have been unpleasant for a fair lot of you.
