Oh, I wouldn't say overwhelmed. When I last talked to him, he was planning on invading the neighbours and forcing them to pay taxes. Clearly he thinks this time period should adjust to him.

He may be serious this time. In the time he comes from, he was much more influential, and used to fighting for what he wanted. Proceed with caution.
