I believe that he is something of an idiot. All the same, he is not just an idiot. I fought him back in November, and that changed the image I had of him; it motivated me to join in on his alliance.

Since we are all unable to tell what year exactly this is set in, I can't change my stance. Even if it was before 1955, Russia might take the temporary dissolution of the Declaration of Neutrality the wrong way.
