I had rather a nice weekend, all things considered. The weather was drought-inducing-ly, un-seasonably warm. Although some of my time in it was a little less than
voluntary. Also, I got absolutely everything at work done before I left on Friday, which is something I haven't really been able to do for months. Having a visit from
ebonlock was quite lovely as well.
And, of course, there was a little
LotRO
(apologies if you're seeing this - lj-cut seems to be working about one time in ten this morning)
Ran the dwarf around and got him close to level 20, where he can start wearing heavy armor, which will be lovely. Got him through a couple of deeds so he can be more Determined. Also, got the Metalsmithing II quest done, so he can make upper 20s to 30s heavy armor.
Ran around with the Lore-Master and got her into the mid-20s. She's having little difficulty with the western Lone Lands, so it's about time to start running around in the direction of the Last Bridge. Got her Journeyman Scholar mastered so she can start in on Expert.
Got that last little bit to take the Hunter to level 16 so she can wear those nifty boots. Also, she lacks one part of a quest to be ready for the Great Barrow, if she gets a chance to run that. Got a pile of Ash on the way, so she's almost up to the Woodworking II quest. Made her some new melee weapons in the process, so she's just lacking some late teens armor and she'll be set for a while.
The Hobbit, alas, was rather neglected. I'm waiting for him to complete the Jeweler II quest before he makes any more silver jewelery and I haven't been working on his Cooking at all. I want to finish up all of his quests in The Shire before taking him out and there are plenty of quests in The Shire. Turbine could show Ered Luin some love, but no, another pie quest. Or a drinking, pie-eating contest quest.
All in all, quite a good weekend.
