Synecdoche
I should mention Synecdoche, New York while I think of something really earth-shattering to put up here. It's Charlie Kaufman's latest picture and, like Being John Malkovitch, it managed to be completely bizarre, surreal, and strange, without being incoherent. I may need to go see it again, because I'm certain to have missed some things. But you, dear reader, should make certain to see it once, at least, before it leaves the big screen.
