Three Random recs
Just another brief rec list of various things.
First, in the Phantom fandom (which I refuse to ever call "phandom")...
+ The Adventures of Phantom Man and Fop Boy, the comic. I know, the name is not the greatest, but the comic is funny nonetheless.
+ Oh, an update! It now has it's own community! Visit phatommancomic!
To Star Wars now...
+ For those of you who hated Padme's fate in ROTS, there's Rumors of My Demise. It's a fantastic fic. Just to warn you, it is Padme/Obi-Wan but it's really not about the pairing itself.
+ But if you do like the pairing, more can be found at obiwan_padme. Nice community, but I did had to pretend that a little thread comparing Anakin/Padme/Obi-Wan to Erik/Christine/Raoul doesn't really exist there. Why? Let's just say that everyone who responded said they would have chosen Erik instead of Raoul. Blah.
And lastly, HP...
+ A Harry/Luna ficlet, called Powdered Moonstone. I'm really to the point that I think it would be fantastic if Harry dates Luna (or Susan Bones, or some other character who's been only minor up until now) and the Ron and Hermione thing breaks apart. Like I said before, I'm convinced that if everyone loses, this fandom will stop being so nasty to each other. Just as clarification, I don't think that the general population of shippers are nasty, it's just the ones who attack each other all the time. It's a minority, but they tend to give the majority a bad name.
