ya so today after my english final i sat there tearing out my fav poems from the english book that sophie got from sam lol every1 stared at us like we were crazy fro tearing out pgs from a skool book i guess they didnt get that it wasnt the skool's
so ya neway im gonna post my fave fave poem from the book bcuz i have nothing else better to do and either later today or tomorrow im gonna post my own poem(s) (poems possibly plural depending upon whether i actually get around to finishing my other one)
A Poison Tree
I was angry with my friend:
I told my wrath, my wrath did end.
I was angry with my foe:
I told it not, my wrath did grow.
And i watered it in fears,
Night in morning with my tears;
And i sunned it with smiles,
And with soft deceitful wiles.
And it grew both day and night,
Till it bore an apple bright;
And my foe beheld it shine,
And he knew that it was mine,
And into my garden stole
When the night had veiled the pole:
In the morning glad i see
My foe outstretched beneath the tree.

lol sounds like what will soon happen with squiggly diamond if not with me than with some1 else (cough cough eye-gor)
