(no subject)
My life has been such a blur lately. I'm almost done with AP testing. I took the English Language and Composition test this morning and I think I passed. We'll see. Now I just have to cram for the US History this Friday. Good times.
I went to prom on Saturday night. It was ok. The decorations were crap and the band was awful, as well as the DJ. I hated the dancing because it wasn't really dancing. It was more like swaying-back-and-forth-to-the-beats-of-the-music-up-against-your-date-and-you-can-hump-each-other-if-you-want-too. But I danced fun with my friends. The dinner at the Hungry Hunter before was good and the pictures were good and the movie afterwards was good. It all evens out in the end.
Into the Woods, Jr. opens on the 18th. I think we're going to be ready. I got this awesome painter who majored in art and she's painting this awesome setting for the opening and the woods scene. I'm way excited. Now I just have to get the cast to listen to my directions. (Is it just me, or is it way disrespectful not to listen to a director's... directions?)
Note to self: Don't take AP next year or don't have a social life at all.

PSS Why is Spamalot amazing????!!!!!! And why is the Beauty and the Beast soundtrack amazing! I love the orchestrations, especially the Transformation (I remmember Emily G. saying that she'd like to do something while that song is playing...)
