(no subject)
I have had a busy couple of days. My younger sisters birthday was yesterday and my mother organised a surprise for the family for the day before. She pretty much just told us to get dressed up in something nice and then she drove us up to the city. She'd booked us tickets for Cats (the musical). It was amazing. Really good. I use to have it on video when i was a little kid and it was weird seeing it with different people performing but it was better live than it had ever been on video, though i had to wear the biggets healrs i had didnt i, and the carpark had to be a few blocks away, i had pins and needles in my feet all the next day XD Then last night i went to the Brunswick musical festival and saw Uncle Earl perform, they were great and ive had one of their songs stuck in my head since then, its a really cute song if you ask me. Uncle Earl is an american group that is doing a tour in australia at the moment. Its five women and they play a lot of instruments and sing. first time id seen them but i really enjoyed it. Only issue was i stayed the night in the city and had to be up at 5am so i could get back out for school in the morning, plus id had a bit to drink so i had a killer hearache. 2 Hours sleep is not enough lol.
