Hi there! I'm the owner of this community. The last time I posted, I guess I was just a bit optimistic about the Clinton-Kaine ticket's chances of winning.

Now, of course, we face some dark days ahead.

Many dark days, in fact.

I know there's a little more interest in LJ these days, so if you've found your way to this group through a search, welcome! If you spend more time elsewhere than on LJ these days, here are a few places to look for like-minded companionship:

• The Christian Left: website and Facebook group
• Sojourners, another Christian magazine and website
• Tikkun
• The Network of Spiritual Progressives, affiliated with Tikkun

Of course, there are many other social-justice leaders and groups who are opposing the regime that's about to take power. I particularly like Robert Reich. His live "resistance report" videos on his Facebook page are well worth watching.
