Dammit Thanatos
So my computer is broken. Again. I cracked the screen a few weeks ago, and then last week the power cord stopped working. I have no battery power left either, and though you would think one of my roommates would have a laptop cord I could steal power from, they do not. I checked.
I still don't have a job. This makes me feel vaguely sick to my stomach. WTF life, you can't give me a break? I'll run out of money at some point mid-July, sooner if I spend money I don't have. Boring entry unemployment talk, check.
I've been writing by hand a few hours every night. Mostly because I'm bored and have nothing else to do, but I've gotten something like 10 pages + done, and I'm starting to make progress on Spy (Project Dracul). I won't go into great detail, but Kerry just remet Michel, and it turns out they get along pretty well now that she's leaving her mind open enough not to be suspicious of every word that comes out of his mouth.
Falina, STFU biatch. Like my new LJ layout? I'm impressed with your 1337 hacking skills. What is this? I thought I was the one with real computer talents. I hope you can come visit me this summer, if only for a day. You should read the Gay!Michel fic I wrote.

This weekend I'm having a BBQ and then out to Rodeo with non-LotN MLIS ladies. I don't see how it's fair that I'm the one hosting a BBQ, but also the one without a job or money. Oh well, it's potluck, so I've got nothing to complain about, obviously. I'm sure we'll have a legendary time. I just miss the real LotN. Lizz, did you ever receive my epically long letter? You should also come visit me.
Talking about visitations, Sarah's coming down on the 6th. It's going to be super fun. I already cleaned and rearranged my room to accommodate an air mattress for her. I'm going to take her out for drinks. The sky's the limit now that she's legal drinking age. Of course, my ID is expired now, so I just hope I'm not the one carded. :s
